At Pizza Pomodoro, we offer traditional Neapolitan style pizza, like the classic, and beloved Margherita Pizza, made fresh in our wood-fired oven that has been professionally certified by Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana.

Our chef, Massimo Tolve hails from Naples – where pizza has been defined as a true art form.

Each of the wood fired oven pizza options we offer are crafted with dough made fresh daily -

  • Pizze Rosse (with tomato sauce) – sixteen options that include -

    • Parma – = with tomato sauce, EVOO (extra virgin olive oil), prosciutto, grana, mozzarella and balsamic glaze.

    • Bufalina – a vegetarian classic with tomato sauce, fresh basil, EVOO, and buffalo mozzarella cheese.

    • Campagnola – a vegetarian classic with tomato sauce, topped with basil pesto, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, parmesan, and red onions.

    • Carne – a meat-lover’s dream with tomato sauce, ham, salami, sausage, and melted mozzarella.

    • Inferno – a heat-lover’s blend of tomato sauce, chili’s, anchovies, oregano, olives, sausage, and melted mozzarella.

  • Pizze Bianche (without tomato sauce) – ten options that include -

    • Contadina – – a vegetarian classic with cream sauce, red capsicum, parmesan, artichokes, zucchini, and melted mozzarella.

    • Gallina – a white cream sauce pizza topped with spinach, mushrooms, smoked chicken, and mozzarella.

    • Paesan - a white pizza topped with five kinds of cheese – mozzarella, swiss cheese, provolone, parmesan, and gorgonzola.
